From The Brewery:
An iconic American lager famous for its rich amber color and medium-bodied flavor – with roast caramel malt for a subtle sweetness and a combination of cluster and cascade hops, this true original delivers a well-balanced taste with very distinct character.
Appearance:Enjoyed on tap in our brewery – we got a keg for a recent party – I poured it into an imperial pint glass. It was a light translucent amber color with a fluffy white head, that quickly dissipates to a thin layer. It is clean looking with a health amount of carbonation.
Smell:Light dough and lager yeast. Very crisp smelling with a little bit of hops.
Taste:A refreshing thin and crisp malt flavor, with a slight toasted biscuit, followed up by subtle hops, leaving you with a drying yeast lager finish.
Mouthfeel:Lively and lighter medium bodied. This one has a distinctive mouth feel that is quickly recognizable by people who drink it regularly.
Drinkability/Palitability:The highest there is.
Notes:There is no other beer on earth that I have drank more of, than Yuengling Lager. A go to beer for my adult life, pairs great with chicken wings, football games, lawn work, and is available on tap up and down the northeast seaboard. I was very happy it was available in Florida when I went there for college.
